Return Policy
Submit a request within 14 business days of receipt.
After 14 days, the request will not be accepted. Items returned before the request is submitted will be forfeited.
The customer is responsible for the shipping label. Return instructions will be sent via email.
Refund processing time is approximately 5-10 business days.

Please allow size differences (+/- 2 cm) due to manual measurement. Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international locations.
3. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Order Changes

No modifications can be made once tracking is issued.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacements or refunds.
5. Delivery Issues
Delayed: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days.
Lost: A shipment is considered lost after 10 business days without updates. You may request a replacement or refund.
Marked Delivered but Not Received: Wait 24–48 hours, check neighbors/management, then contact support if still missing.
6. Packaging
All items are shipped in weather-resistant poly mailers with protective wrapping and tamper-evident seals.
7. Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship together or separately depending on inventory and package size. Each package will have its own tracking number.

To ensure customer satisfaction when purchasing products from Shopforhuman, we are committed to providing a fair and flexible return service, creating the most convenient conditions for shopping.
In the event that you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be unused or gently used, in original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges are available for eligible items (e.g., size or color), once the original item is in transit.
2. Contact our customer service department:
If you encounter any issues with the product and need to exchange or return it, please contact our customer service department via email at support@shopforhuman.com to report the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Send the item back:
Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product in its original packaging.
Include the provided return form.
Send your return to the following address: 1239 S 24th St, Terre Haute, IN 47803, United States. We will cover the cost of the return.
Process the exchange or return:
Upon confirmation of receipt, we will proceed with processing by issuing a refund or exchanging for another product (depending on your preference). Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your item for us to complete the process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are any spelling errors on the product, we will take responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refund methods: Customers can choose to receive a refund for the order or exchange for a product as per the order request.
Note:
Products at Shopforhuman are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:
Incorrect print selection for the product.
Choosing an inappropriate size for personal needs.
Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. (for custom products)
